Project Manager – Building & Construction

About This Role

ERA is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee building and construction projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, contractors, and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• • Lead end-to-end project delivery across residential and commercial construction projects
• • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk registers
• • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and statutory bodies
• • Conduct regular site visits and produce detailed progress reports
• • Ensure all projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
• • Mentor junior engineers and site staff

Requirements

• • B.Sc / B.Eng in Civil, Structural, or Building Engineering (PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an advantage)
• • 3–5 years of verifiable project management experience in building construction
• • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• • Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling tools
• • Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
